What to Expect

The Meet and Greet is a free session to get to know you and your pets. Before any service I prefer to have this meeting for the benefit of myself and my clients. At this meeting I will meet your pets and gather your contact information, information on your pets, discussion of rates and services, and get you signed up for the new app. Any time you are booking a service through Hershey Happy Paws Company, you are agreeing to the terms in the Service Agreement which can be found on the webpage and in the client portal. 

 

​My walks/visits include these steps:

• ​√ Let your dog out, or walk your dog

• √ Wash pet dishes

• √ Scoop the litter

• √ Feed your pets

• √ Give medications as needed

• √ Leave your home secure

• √ Send you a text report of walk/visit (PUPdates)

 

Updates- You will receive updates about your pets on the Time to Pet app. Pictures will be taken and posted on social media and/or used for marketing purposes. If you would rather not have their pictures posted please inform me ahead of time.
